What this site collects

This website has no contact forms, no accounts, no logins and no shopping cart. It does not ask you for personal information and it does not store any. The only way to contact us from here is by email, which means the information we hold about you is whatever you chose to put in that email.

Server logs

The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. See the cookie policy.

Information you send us

If you email us, we keep that email and any attachments in our mail system so we can answer you and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside ABG Media except a service provider working on our behalf under contract.

Client data

Where we operate systems for a client, the handling of the data inside those systems is governed by that client's own agreement with us, not by this page.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@abgmedia.net. We will tell you plainly if there is a legal reason we have to keep something.

This document was rewritten during a platform migration and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is published so the site is not silent about how it operates. If you need a definitive statement for a contract, an audit or a complaint, email info@abgmedia.net and ask for the current signed version.

Talk to ABG Media

Email us and tell us what you are trying to build. You will get a person, not a ticket.
