Our position
Leads we sell or deliver are represented as consent-verified, and the consent record travels with the record. If we cannot evidence consent for a contact, we do not sell it as though we can.
What we keep
For each lead: the source, the timestamp, and the disclosure the consumer was shown at the point of consent. See Consent Vault.
What buyers are responsible for
Buying a lead from us does not transfer your own obligations. You remain responsible for your dialling practices, your calling windows, your internal do-not-call list, and your own scrubbing.
Revocation
A consumer can revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means. Tell us at info@abgmedia.net and we will suppress the record on our side.
